yes nowadays mostly peoples choose to be self-employed,rather than to work for a company.
This is because people not wants to work on company because the people wants to make our identity in this world. They wants the have make their own identity.
And other the company not provided the benifite to their employes so the employes leave the company and make our businuss. Some peoples can acheive and high status to make our business and they make our identity in world.
But on the other hand the people leave the company for their own business they reuire an large amount of an money to make business but some persons can't arrange money and some arrange money but they can't made their business properly.
Their is an many disadvantages of an self-employed. The self-employed reuire an huge amount of an money and business partner. They require and sporting staff but the person can't arrange it and some people can arrage it but they can't run the company properly and a time come the company start downfall and it can make large amount off loss.
They might this be the case becaue the company boss not give good sallery to our employes and they not make good behaviour to employes and they give extra work to the employes and not give a break and not give bonus and they cut the sallery without any reasson and cut sallery for off day.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
You address both questions: you suggest that people want to build an identity and may leave because of poor pay or treatment, and you identify financial risk and difficulty running a business as disadvantages. These points are relevant, but they are repeated and only briefly explained; for example, the idea of creating an identity appears twice without a specific example or explanation. The disadvantages are somewhat clearer, especially the risk of losses, but the response does not fully develop how these problems affect self-employed people. The response contains 227 words, so it is 23 words below the 250-word minimum; the 12 words copied from the prompt are not counted. Develop each main reason with a clear explanation and a relevant example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0
The response has some paragraphing, and phrases such as “on the other hand” and “because” show attempts to connect ideas. However, the overall progression is difficult to follow: reasons for choosing self-employment, disadvantages, and complaints about employers are not clearly separated, and the final paragraph returns to reasons already mentioned. Several sentences repeat the same point about making an identity or starting a business, while references such as “they” and “it” do not always make clear who or what is meant. Organise the response into a clear introduction, a paragraph explaining why people choose self-employment, and a paragraph on its disadvantages. Use linking phrases only where they show a genuine relationship between ideas.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You use some task-related vocabulary, including “self-employed,” “business,” “employees,” “salary,” and “disadvantages,” so the reader can identify the general subject. However, the range is basic and repetitive, and frequent spelling and word-choice errors make parts of the response difficult to understand. Examples include “benifite,” “employes,” “acheive,” “sallery,” and “downfall.” Some phrases are also unnatural, such as “make our identity” and “sporting staff.” Build a more precise range for discussing work and business, and check spelling carefully. For instance, you could describe people as “establishing a professional reputation” and refer to “support staff” rather than “sporting staff.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
Most sentences use simple patterns, with occasional attempts to join ideas using “because” or “but.” However, errors in sentence structure, verb forms, agreement, and articles are frequent and sometimes make the intended meaning unclear. For example, “people not wants to work” needs a correctly formed negative verb, while “the company not provided” has an incorrect verb form. In “They wants the have make their own identity,” several grammatical elements are combined inaccurately. Articles and plurals are also problematic in phrases such as “an large amount” and “an many disadvantages.” Practise accurate simple sentences first, then combine them into longer sentences using one clear subordinate clause at a time.
