Nowadays, an increasing number of people is interested to start their own business instead of working in a company or organisation. Some people believe that it is crucial in this modern evolving world to be self- employed. There are many reasons behind this trend. Although it offers certain benefits but i believe that the advantages does not the outweigh the disadvantages because individuals need to do more efforts and it can lead to stress. In this essay, I will explain the primary drivers of this trend and give reasons with relevant examples.
First and the foremost, the main reason why public want to become self - employed because the large companies do not pay much on the basis of their work hours. For instance, if a employ work in a company for the long time and organisation get good feedback from them then company need to increase their pay.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses both parts of the prompt, identifying reasons for self-employment and discussing disadvantages. However, the development of ideas is limited. The explanation regarding why people choose self-employment is underdeveloped, relying on vague statements about pay rather than exploring autonomy or flexibility. The disadvantages section is also somewhat confused, as the text attributes the negative consequences of long hours and stress to 'the employ in a big company' rather than clearly linking them to the self-employed individual. The position is stated in the introduction but lacks consistent support throughout the body paragraphs. To improve, you should provide more specific, logical arguments and ensure that your examples directly support your main points.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is organised into paragraphs, but the logical flow is frequently interrupted by unclear referencing and awkward transitions. For example, the phrase 'Despite of their' is used incorrectly to introduce a new point, and the connection between the ideas in the second and third paragraphs is weak. While there is an attempt to use cohesive devices like 'First and the foremost' and 'Consequently', they are often used mechanically or incorrectly. The progression of ideas is not always clear, making it difficult for the reader to follow the argument. Improving the use of linking words and ensuring each paragraph has a clear, singular focus would significantly enhance the coherence of your writing.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary range is limited and often repetitive. There are several instances of incorrect word choice and collocation errors, such as 'public want to become self-employed' (should be 'people') and 'personnel development' (likely meant 'personal development'). The word 'employ' is used incorrectly throughout the text to refer to an employee. While the meaning is generally conveyed, the lack of precision and the frequent errors in word formation hinder the overall quality of the response. To reach a higher band, you should focus on learning collocations and using more precise terminology related to the topic of employment and business.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede communication. There are consistent issues with subject-verb agreement, such as 'an increasing number of people is' (should be 'are') and 'advantages does not the outweigh'. Additionally, there are errors in sentence structure, such as 'Although it offers certain benefits but i believe', which uses a redundant conjunction. Punctuation is also inconsistent, with missing capital letters and incorrect spacing around hyphens. The range of structures is limited, consisting mostly of simple or slightly flawed complex sentences. Focusing on basic grammatical accuracy and proofreading for common errors like subject-verb agreement would be a beneficial next step.
