Student answer (Band 4.0)
Many people thinks choosing to be self employed rather than working for others company. my opinion i will give in upcoming essy.
To start with are many disadvantages of being self employed. the very first disadvantages is salary problem there will no mix income in for the employed and in this time without money you cant even leave one weak and you have struggle for such small thinks and for the reason you many family is having problem in there life's because in this time a person have to see ever think child education and many other thinks for example; a person is self employed he or she will nit have mix income annual or monthly so if medical emergency
comes there will be no money and this is the biggest disadvantages.
the another big disadvantages is stress if a humans
have self employed then there stress are more because there have to work more then a company employ but if he or she works in company there will be no stress or work load because they have to do there work and has limed working hours so that they they can live stress free and they get leave on ever weak but self employed can not.
this is a another big disadvantage of being self employed for example: if a human is self employed there will be not holiday from him but if he or she work for company there will be holiday so they can give time to there family.
In conclusion there many disadavntages of being self employed but my personal opinon is salary problem this is big disadvantage self employed.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 4.0
The response addresses the prompt only partially. While it identifies disadvantages, it fails to address the first part of the question regarding why people choose self-employment. The ideas provided are repetitive and lack depth, focusing almost exclusively on the lack of a fixed salary and stress. The position is not clearly developed, and the essay lacks a proper introduction and a balanced discussion of the reasons for the trend. To improve, you must ensure all parts of the prompt are answered and provide more detailed, logical explanations for your arguments.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 4.0
The essay lacks logical progression. Paragraphing is present but the content within paragraphs is disjointed and repetitive. There is a severe lack of cohesive devices; sentences are often strung together without logical connectors, making the flow difficult to follow. Referencing is also unclear, as seen in phrases like 'for the reason you many family is having problem'. To improve, you should use linking words such as 'furthermore', 'consequently', or 'however' to connect ideas and ensure each paragraph focuses on a single, clear main point.
Lexical Resource — Band 4.0
The vocabulary is very limited and often inaccurate, which frequently impedes communication. There is significant repetition of basic words like 'disadvantages', 'think', and 'money'. Many word choices are incorrect, such as 'mix income' instead of 'fixed income' and 'limed working hours' instead of 'limited working hours'. The spelling is also inconsistent throughout the text. To reach a higher band, you need to expand your vocabulary to include more precise terms related to employment and business, and focus on correct word formation.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.0
The grammar is weak, with frequent errors in sentence structure, subject-verb agreement, and punctuation that often obscure the meaning. Examples include 'Many people thinks', 'if a humans have self employed', and 'there will be not holiday from him'. The essay relies on simple sentence structures, and attempts at more complex sentences are consistently faulty. Punctuation is largely ignored, with run-on sentences and misuse of semicolons. You need to focus on mastering basic sentence construction, subject-verb agreement, and the correct use of articles and prepositions.
