Student answer (Band 4.5)

Generally, the self-employed is much better then working for any company or organisation. But in start you should need to work in any organisation for getting experienceand teaching your self that how you can do those things in a better way. In well organisation they will teach you that how you can do the same work in less time and in more professional way because they have a lot of experience of that work.

Currently, everyone want that they build there on organisation in which they work hard and build there future bright. I strongly agree with it. Because when you start working for yourself and you can see the good result in return. It will motivate you to work more hard for future work. But before you start self-employee you should need to get some experience from the industry related to your work. It will help you to start in your on organisation. I strongly suggest that atleast ones you should need to start your own organisation and that thing teach you more about industry.

There are not many disadvantages in self-employee but there are risk that if your startup will not work. You face many loss such as money and etc. In any startup there is prons and cons. But you need to try your best. And in the start of self-employee people don't trust on your organisation. You need to build your customers trust for your organisation and that will happen only when you build serives rules very good. which help your customers and also get there trust. In many big organisation you can see there rules are very clear and strong for ther customers. Which get there customers trust.

According to my behauf atleast ones you should need to try self-employee or build your on organisation. In this you learn new things and faces many thing related to industry which you don't even think about that.

Because then the organisation will run properly you don't need to work in any other company. Because you build your on impire and your income will also very well comparitively to the job.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You address both questions: you suggest that self-employment can bring motivation, independence and potentially better income, and you mention financial losses and the challenge of earning customers’ trust. Your recommendation to gain industry experience first is relevant. However, the reasons people choose this path are not consistently explained, and several points remain general—for example, “you can see the good result in return” does not specify what results or why they encourage people. The disadvantages are also only briefly developed; explain how unstable income, business failure or responsibility for all operations affects a self-employed person. Your position is present, but the response would be stronger with clearer explanations and specific examples supporting each main point.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0

The response has separate paragraphs for an introduction, reasons, disadvantages and a conclusion, so the reader can identify its broad structure. However, ideas do not always progress clearly within those paragraphs. The opening shifts from saying self-employment is better to advising readers to work for an organisation first, without clearly connecting these claims. Linking words such as “But,” “Because” and “And” are often used mechanically, and some sentences begin with “Because” or “Which” without forming clear connections to the preceding idea. Repeated references to “organisation” and “self-employee” also make the progression feel circular. Group each paragraph around one main point, then explain and illustrate it in a deliberate sequence.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You use some vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “self-employed,” “startup,” “industry,” “customers’ trust” and “income.” These terms help communicate the general subject, but the range is limited and several expressions are repeated or used inaccurately, sometimes making meaning difficult to follow. For instance, “self-employee” is used where “self-employment” or “self-employed person” is needed, while “build your on organisation” and “build your future bright” are not natural collocations. Spelling errors such as “serives,” “impire” and “comparitively” also reduce clarity. Aim for precise business vocabulary and check spelling; alternatives such as “financial risk,” “establish a business” and “earn customers’ confidence” would express your ideas more naturally.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including conditional forms such as “if your startup will not work” and clauses beginning with “when.” However, complex structures are often faulty, and frequent errors in agreement, verb forms, articles and sentence construction can make the reader work to understand your meaning. Examples include “everyone want,” “there are risk,” and “when the organisation will run properly”; these need forms such as “everyone wants,” “there are risks,” and “when the organisation runs properly.” Several sentences are fragments or poorly joined, including “Because when you start working for yourself…” and “Which get there customers trust.” Practise building complete sentences with accurate subject–verb agreement and use punctuation to separate connected ideas.
