Student answer (Band 6.0)
It is undenieable that enterpreneurship is gaining significant popularity among the individuals. While this development has several clear benefits, it also brings some noticable drawbacks that require consideartion.I personally believe that change in working style over the years has substantially contributed towards the approcah of self-employment.
On the one hand, people are more inclined towards self-employment and are becoming more bussiness minded because of the increased work burden they have to deal with in corporate world. They are forced to work till late at nights in order to meet the competition and productivity. Moreover, financial instability is another factor as inflation is increasing day by day and most of the people are underpaid. There are several advantages of being self-empolyed. The most prominent benefit is that people are able to earn well and live a better life.As technology is flourishing by leaps and bounds it is providing new avenues to the people to work as enterpreneurs and make their dreams comes true which is bringing them sense of satisfcation and accomplishment.
On the other hand, certain negative aspects associated with self-employment cannot be overlooked. The main downside is that if maximum number of people will start their own bussiness, there will be shoratge of labours and skilled workers in major industries. This will effect economic development of the country as work efficiency will be reduced. Moreover, people will become envious and competition will be increased among them which will make inidividuals more stressful.People will take loans from various companies to start their bussiness and if not succesfull will come under huge debt. which willl cause severe unrest.
In conclusion, self-employment presents a clear sets of advantages and disadvantages Although it is a great way to improve the lifestyle and bring sense of freedom to the people,it also affect economic development and make people more stressful. Therefore, it is essential that the employers should provide a safe work environment to their employees so that people feel relax whil working, moreover, if anybody is genuinely interested in starting a business, those individuals should start it with their own savings rather than getting loans from other companies.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
The response addresses both questions and gives a clear overall view: it links self-employment to corporate workloads, low pay and new opportunities created by technology, then discusses possible economic and personal costs. These are relevant reasons, and the conclusion returns to the main issue. However, some points are asserted rather than explained. For example, the claim that widespread business ownership would cause a shortage of skilled workers needs a clearer explanation or a concrete example. The disadvantages of debt and stress are more directly relevant, but could be developed with details about uncertain income or responsibility for business costs. The final advice about employers and using savings is a position of your own, but its connection to the two questions could be made clearer.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The essay has a coherent overall arrangement: an introduction, separate paragraphs for reasons and disadvantages, and a conclusion. The contrast signposts “On the one hand” and “On the other hand” help readers follow the main stages, and ideas generally progress within each paragraph. This meets the lower-band expectations and shows some features of stronger organisation. However, links between ideas can feel mechanical, particularly the repeated use of “Moreover,” and some sentences run together without clear punctuation, such as the transition from “live a better life” to “As technology is flourishing.” The conclusion also combines several recommendations in a long sentence, making the relationship between them less clear. Use more precise referencing and vary transitions to make the progression smoother.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You attempt a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “financial instability,” “productivity,” “economic development,” “accomplishment” and “under debt.” This allows you to discuss both workplace pressures and business risks. However, spelling errors and inaccurate word forms are noticeable throughout, including “enterpreneurship,” “bussiness,” “shoratge” and “succesfull,” which reduce the accuracy of the vocabulary. Some combinations are also unnatural or imprecise: “meet the competition and productivity” and “bring them sense of freedom” do not express the intended meaning naturally. Aim to use fewer ambitious expressions more accurately, check spelling carefully, and learn common collocations such as “meet productivity targets” and “a sense of freedom.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
The response includes both simple statements and attempts at complex sentences, for example the clause beginning “As technology is flourishing…” and the conditional “if maximum number of people will start their own business.” Meaning is generally understandable, but some grammatical errors and punctuation problems remain. The conditional would be more accurate as “if a large number of people started their own businesses,” and “make their dreams comes true” should use the base verb “come.” There are also agreement and article issues in “a clear sets of advantages and disadvantages” and “it also affect economic development.” Several sentence boundaries are unclear, including the full stop before “which will cause severe unrest” and missing spaces after full stops. Review agreement, verb forms and sentence punctuation while continuing to practise complex structures.
