The importance of work is very valuable in everyone's life its the basic source of earn the bread and butter and in modern world individuals like to start up their own work as compare to doing work for someone for instance organizations and companies. I will try to give an explanation of my points in later paragraphs.
To begin with, when they working under for someone such as owner operators and with many different companies they have to follow the rules and regulations, workers could not do any work with their own way and management always give a particular time for specific task they set the time limit infront of their team which leads to the alots of stress. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0
You identify relevant reasons for choosing self-employment, especially wanting more control over how work is done and dissatisfaction with pay, benefits, and leave in organisations. However, the response addresses the task only partially: the disadvantages are introduced in the final paragraph, but the discussion stops before explaining any risks or challenges. The reasons for self-employment are also not clearly framed as benefits of working independently, and there is no developed example or clear concluding position. The response is 44 words below the required minimum, which contributes to the limited development. To improve, answer both questions explicitly, explain each point with a consequence or example, and complete the disadvantages discussion—for instance, irregular income or responsibility for business costs.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
There is an attempt to organise the response into an introduction and body paragraphs, and signposts such as “To begin with” and “Secondly” show how you intend to sequence points. However, progression is difficult to follow because the first body paragraph combines several ideas without clearly linking them to self-employment, and the final paragraph ends abruptly. Some connections are unclear, such as the shift from dissatisfaction with company conditions to “I have look on disadvantages.” The opening also promises an explanation but does not provide a clear overview. Use one paragraph for reasons and another for disadvantages, with each paragraph developing a central point in a logical order. Clear topic sentences and linking explanations would make the argument easier to follow.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some task-related vocabulary, including “rules and regulations,” “salaries,” “benefits,” “health care,” and “risks and challenges,” so the reader can identify the general subject. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate or unclear, sometimes making the meaning harder to understand. For example, “the basic source of earn the bread and butter” and “do more works under these kinds of groups” are not natural expressions in this context. There are also spelling errors such as “yheir” and “infront.” Aim for precise, natural phrases for employment and business, and check spelling carefully. Replacing repeated general wording with terms such as “income,” “employee benefits,” and “financial uncertainty” would improve clarity.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You attempt both longer sentences and simpler statements, but control is inconsistent, and errors frequently make parts of the response difficult to interpret. Examples include “when they working under for someone,” which lacks a correctly formed verb phrase, and “that is make very disappointing thing,” where the verb form and sentence structure are faulty. The opening sentence also runs several ideas together without clear punctuation, while “they are not sure about” is left incomplete. Work first on complete sentence patterns, including subject–verb agreement, verb forms, articles, and sentence boundaries. For example, write “When people work for an employer, they have to follow the rules” and ensure each paragraph ends with a complete thought.
