In these days, numerous individuals choose to be self-employes , rather than to work under any boss or any organisation.Due to the fact that, people want to become independent and more confident.

To begin with, Nowadays, new generation especially want to be self-employed that what can call genz owing to,they want to become more independent and want to start their business in constrat to work for a company or any organisation.Genz thinking are totally different in comparison of millennium you can also say in other words that Genz are more likely think like Al and have numbers of skills. Also, have some lucrative ideas to start their rther than to work under someone.Nowadays, individuals think if you are working under someone you are not employee you are their servants.I totally agree with that in some cases but on the other hand their are so many goods firm that are higly professional and their thinking towards their employees are different.

Secondly, the main reason of this is that we have low job opportunities and if we get any job than salary is very minimilistic like 35k to 50k maximum. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

The response addresses both questions and maintains a relevant focus on why people choose self-employment and what its drawbacks can be. It gives several reasons, including a desire for independence, business ideas, and limited job opportunities or low salaries. The disadvantages—financial loss, fluctuating business conditions, workload, and reduced time for family and health—are also identified. The crochet-business example helps illustrate the time pressure. However, some points are asserted rather than explained: the claims about Gen Z’s skills and attitudes are broad, and the salary point would be stronger with a clearer link to choosing self-employment. Develop fewer ideas with specific explanation or examples to make the response more complete and convincing.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The essay has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, paragraphs giving reasons, a paragraph on disadvantages, an example, and a conclusion. Sequencing phrases such as “To begin with,” “Secondly,” and “For example” help readers follow the main stages. However, cohesion is sometimes mechanical, and the first body paragraph combines several ideas—generational attitudes, skills, business ideas, and views of employers—without clear transitions between them. Some references are also unclear, as in “their thinking towards their employees,” where the intended group is not immediately precise. Organise each body paragraph around one main point, use linking expressions selectively, and make pronouns and references explicit to improve the flow.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

The response uses a range of relevant vocabulary, including “independent,” “lucrative ideas,” “financial loss,” and “workload,” and these choices help communicate the main points. It also attempts more specific language, such as “job opportunities” and “self-employed.” However, inaccurate word choice, spelling, and collocation are noticeable and sometimes make the meaning less natural: “minimilistic salary,” “burdenised,” “constrat,” and “goods firm” do not express the intended ideas clearly. Repetition of “Nowadays” and “lucrative” also limits flexibility. Check spelling and word forms, and learn common combinations such as “low salary,” “financial pressure,” and “run a business” so that your vocabulary is both varied and precise.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

There are attempts to use both simple and more complex sentence forms, including reason clauses with “owing to” and contrast with “on the other hand.” The main message is generally understandable, but grammatical control is uneven. Errors include agreement and verb forms in “Genz thinking are” and “who is runing,” as well as sentence construction in “why we job for any company.” Articles, plurals, and punctuation are also inconsistent, and several sentences run together, for example the opening sentence and the passage beginning “Also, have some lucrative ideas.” Practise building complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, then check agreement and punctuation. More accurate control of these patterns would make the ideas easier to follow.
