IELTS Writing Task 1 question

The table below shows the numbers of visitors to Ashdown Museum during the year before and the year after it was refurbished. The charts show the result of surveys asking visitors how satisfied they were with their visit, during the same two periods.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.5)

The charts given below illustrate the proportion of individuals visited the ashdown museum before and after the refurbishment and gave their reviews about the surveys.

Overall most of the people visited after the refurbishment and gave the positive feedback about their survey.

In first table 92,000 people toured the museum year after the amendments while year before that only 74,000 people gone to that sitean year ago.

The feedback of the surveys in the form of pie chart quite improved after the renovation and it showed 35% of the people very satisfied while in previous only 15% people were given this review similarly 40% people were satisfied after as compared to the prior 30% given that reviews. The term dissatisfied gone down from 40 to 15 % while the result of very dissatisfied reduced from 10 to 5 %. The last term of no response remained constant constituted of 5%.
