Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5

The response covers the main features of the data, including the increase in visitor numbers and the shift in satisfaction levels. However, the analysis is somewhat superficial. For example, you mention that satisfaction 'increases to double' without clearly specifying the categories (e.g., 'very satisfied'). The description of the satisfaction survey results is a bit vague, and the comparison between the two periods could be more precise. To reach a higher band, ensure that you explicitly reference the specific data points provided in the charts rather than using general terms like 'many people' or 'some people'. The overview is present but lacks the analytical depth required for a higher score.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5

The essay is organised into logical paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is somewhat mechanical and occasionally inaccurate. For instance, the transition 'Overall, many people do not like the museum before furnishing as compare to ratio of people which are satisfied' is clunky and lacks smooth flow. Referencing is sometimes unclear, such as the use of 'these' without a clear antecedent. While the progression of ideas is generally logical, the lack of sophisticated linking words makes the writing feel a bit disjointed at times.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

The vocabulary is adequate for the task but lacks precision and variety. You rely on basic terms like 'like', 'comfortable', and 'redesigning'. There are also several word-choice errors, such as 'furnishing' instead of 'refurbishment' and 'callers' instead of 'visitors'. The phrase 'with their hurt' is unclear and seems to be a misuse of vocabulary. To improve, you should aim to use more academic collocations and precise terminology related to data description, such as 'significant increase', 'proportion', or 'level of satisfaction'.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0

There is a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but the accuracy is inconsistent. You frequently struggle with subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'The number of tourist increases', 'The number of people which are satisfied... increase'). There are also errors in tense usage, such as 'The number of tourist increases with after refurbishment' and 'The people who do not gave any response'. These errors are frequent and occasionally make the meaning slightly difficult to follow, although they do not completely impede communication. Focusing on basic grammatical accuracy and proofreading for subject-verb agreement would significantly improve your score.
