Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0

The response covers the main features of the data, such as the increase in total visitor numbers and the shift in satisfaction levels. However, the analysis is often unclear or inaccurate. For instance, the statement that 'no response by the visitors in the both refurbishment was similar' is confusing, and the description of the percentages is difficult to follow. While the main trends are identified, the lack of clarity in reporting the data prevents a higher score. To improve, ensure that comparisons are precise and that the data points are clearly linked to the categories provided in the charts.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0

The essay is organised into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate, such as 'On the other hand the analyzation of result maximum is the before and after'. The progression of ideas is frequently interrupted by awkward phrasing and unclear referencing, making it difficult to follow the logical flow of the argument. Improving the use of linking words and ensuring that each sentence clearly connects to the previous one will significantly enhance the coherence of your writing.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

The vocabulary is limited and often used incorrectly, which occasionally impedes communication. Examples include 'analyzation of result', 'very dissatisfied was fell slighted', and 'improved postive at 35% behalf'. These errors indicate a lack of control over word choice and collocation. While you attempt to use some topic-specific vocabulary, the frequent misuse of basic terms and grammatical forms of words limits the range. Focus on learning the correct word forms (e.g., 'analysis' instead of 'analyzation') and using vocabulary in contextually appropriate ways.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

There is a limited range of grammatical structures, and the response contains frequent errors that often cause difficulty for the reader. Many sentences are poorly constructed, such as 'The charts illustrates the result of analysts asking visitors how felt they were belong their visit'. Subject-verb agreement errors (e.g., 'charts illustrates') and incorrect word order are common. While the meaning can usually be inferred, the high frequency of errors in basic sentence structures prevents a higher score. You should focus on mastering simple sentence patterns before attempting more complex structures.
