The table below shows the numbers of visitors to Ashdown Museum during the year before and the year after it was refurbished. The charts show the result of surveys asking visitors how satisfied they were with their visit, during the same two periods.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The given table illustrates the proportion of people who visit Ashdown Museum before and after the period it was refurbished and the pie charts depict the result of satisfied visitors during the same periods.

Overall, it is clear that a large number of people visited the museum after refurbishment and the majority of visitors were very satisfied after the museum was refurbished.

Before the refurbishment, Ashdown Museum attracted 74,000 visitors, compared with 92,000 afterwards. Visitor satisfaction also improved significantly following the refurbishment. The proportion of satisfied visitors increased from 30% to 40%, while the percentage of very satisfied visitors more than doubled, rising from 15% to 35%. In contrast, dissatisfaction declined considerably, with the figure for dissatisfied visitors falling from 40% before refurbishment to 15% afterwards. Similarly, the proportion of very dissatisfied visitors was halved, from 10% to 5%. However, the percentage of visitors who gave no response remained unchanged at 5% in both periods.
