Around 40% of the total visitor were dissatisfied before the year of refurbishment and decrease to 15% after the museum was refurbished. The number of visitor who were very satisfied increased from 15% to 35%.There was a slight improvement in the section of the people who were only satisfied and also a bit decrease in the survey for the people very dissatisfied. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5

The response covers the main features of the data, including the increase in visitor numbers and the shifts in satisfaction levels. However, the analysis is somewhat superficial. While you mention the increase in 'very satisfied' visitors from 15% to 35%, you fail to provide specific data points for the 'satisfied' or 'very dissatisfied' categories, which would have strengthened the report. The overview is present but lacks a clear synthesis of the trends. To improve, ensure you provide a more comprehensive summary of the key data points rather than just listing general observations, and ensure all comparisons are supported by the provided figures.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5

The essay is organised into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is somewhat mechanical and repetitive (e.g., 'Firstly', 'Secondly'). There are also issues with referencing; for instance, 'the section of the people' is slightly awkward. The flow between sentences could be improved by using a wider variety of linking words and ensuring that the transition between the table data and the pie chart data is smoother. Paragraphing is present but the internal logical progression within the second paragraph is a bit disjointed.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks precision and variety. You rely on basic phrasing such as 'the number of visitor we increased' and 'a bit decrease'. There are also some errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'the given figure consist' (should be 'consists') and 'after it get renewed' (should be 'got renewed' or 'was renovated'). To reach a higher band, try to incorporate more precise academic vocabulary related to data description, such as 'experienced a significant rise' or 'a notable shift in sentiment'.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

The response contains a mix of simple and some complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally distract the reader. Examples include subject-verb agreement issues ('figure consist', 'visitor we increased', 'review increases') and tense inconsistencies ('after it get renewed'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, with missing spaces after periods in several places. While the meaning is generally clear, the frequency of these errors limits the score. Focusing on proofreading for basic subject-verb agreement and consistent tense usage would significantly improve the clarity of your writing.
