Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0

Your response attempts to address the prompt by mentioning both visitor numbers and survey results for the two periods. However, the information presented is extremely confused, inaccurate, and lacks a coherent selection of main features. For instance, you state that dissatisfied visitors were standing at a peak, which misinterprets the survey data where 'satisfied' clearly became the dominant category after refurbishment. Data points are cited with poor precision, such as writing '40' and '35' without indicating percentages or proper context, and key comparisons between the two years are underdeveloped. According to the Band 5 descriptors, your response addresses the task only partially with limited and under-developed ideas.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 4.0

The organization of your essay lacks clear logical progression and makes it very difficult for the reader to follow your argument. You include the rubric prompt instructions at the beginning of your text instead of starting directly with your own writing. Paragraphing is disjointed, and transitions between sentences are frequently abrupt or unnatural, such as starting sentences with 'Overview, during' or 'On results of surveys of visitors'. Cohesive devices are used awkwardly or inaccurately, and pronoun referencing is often unclear (e.g., 'otherwise factors are getting mitigate'). These issues align closely with the Band 4 descriptors, where information and ideas are not arranged coherently.

Lexical Resource — Band 4.0

Your vocabulary range is quite limited and repetitive, which significantly restricts the clarity of your report. You rely on basic terms and make numerous word choice errors, such as using 'stanading peak' instead of 'peak', 'mitigate' instead of 'minimized' or 'reduced', and 'otherwise factors' instead of 'other factors'. There are also frequent issues with word forms, such as 'dissatisfied' versus 'disatisfied' and 'satisfied is gradually increased'. Because these lexical errors and awkward collocations cause strain and confusion for the reader, your vocabulary performance sits firmly within the Band 4 descriptors.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.0

Your grammar and sentence structure show a very limited range, consisting largely of simple or awkwardly constructed complex attempts that fail. There are frequent grammatical errors throughout your text, including missing prepositions, incorrect verb forms ('visitors would have extremely satisfied compared to previously year'), and severe punctuation and spacing issues (e.g., 'Particularly in'). These frequent errors and structural limitations heavily distort your intended meaning at times, placing your grammatical performance at Band 4, where errors are frequent and meaning can be obscured.
