The table below shows the numbers of visitors to Ashdown Museum during the year before and the year after it was refurbished. The charts show the result of surveys asking visitors how satisfied they were with their visit, during the same two periods.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.0)
The table below illustrates the numbers of tourisom to Ashdown Museum during the year former and the year later it was refurbished. The pie charts show the result of surveys asking visitors how satisfied they were with their visit, during the same two periods.
Overall, according to the tabular data, after the refurbishment the number of visitor was increased. In addition, according to the pie chart data, it can be seen that,no response of the visitors ratio were same during the same two periods.
Firstly, in tabular data, it can be noticeable that, 74000 tourists were visited during the year before refurbishment and after refurbishment it was increased very highly and it recorded 92,000. Here, the result of surveys of visitor satisfiction was distributed in 4 portion. The ratio of the very satisfied visitor was 15%, which was increased after refurbishment, and it can recorded 35%.
secondly, it can clearly noticeabl that, the proportion of the satisfied visitor was 5% in both periods, which was exately same. The ratio of the dissatisfied visitor was 10% in the year before refurbishment, which was decresed after refurbishment, it recorded 5%. The very dissatisfied visitor denored 30% and 40% in both period, which had no any high difference.
