The table below shows the numbers of visitors to Ashdown Museum during the year before and the year after it was refurbished. The charts show the result of surveys asking visitors how satisfied they were with their visit, during the same two periods.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The table compares the total number of visitors to ashdown museum during the year before and after it was refurbishment and the charts illustrate the results of surveys of visitor satisfaction during the year before and after refurbishment.

overall, the year after refurbishment highest figure, while before refurbishment had the lowest. it is also noticable that, result of year before highest figure of dissatisfied while after year it is changed to satisfied.

The percentage of no response had same on both figures. while dissatisfied and satisfied year before are almost same, in contrast after year satisfied and very satisfied are closely on percentage rate.

Looking at The number of very dissatisfied had double amount on year before than after year.
