IELTS Writing Task 1 question
The table below shows the numbers of visitors to Ashdown Museum during the year before and the year after it was refurbished. The charts show the result of surveys asking visitors how satisfied they were with their visit, during the same two periods.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.5)
The pie chart illustrates the figure of visitors to visit before and after the renovated Ashdown Museum during the year. Chart described the data about persons gratified after their visit from the similar two periods.
Overall, total number of visitors after the year increased. In terms of survay results, visitors satisfiction level rose after the year reconditioned and the figure about not satisfying customers went almost half. No response number remained the same in both periods.
Before the rebuilt very satisfied visitors was 15 compared to about figure 35 after the year. Satisfied people were 30 ad after the year rose gradually around 40. In contrast, dissatisfied people were maximum before the refurbishment about 40 and it experienced a decline and went to 15.
In surveys, very dissatisfied people were minimum almost 10 before the year and after the year figure was just 5. However, outcome of no response showed a consistent level in both periods.
