The table below shows the numbers of visitors to Ashdown Museum during the year before and the year after it was refurbished. The charts show the result of surveys asking visitors how satisfied they were with their visit, during the same two periods.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.0)

In this chart we look a survey of a museum.In this chart people were asked how they feel before and after the visitof this museum.

First of all we see the number of visitors has been increased after refurbishment.Before they were 7400 and after refurbishment they were 9200.Before refurbishment only 15 percent were verysatisfied with museum.5 percent have no response.10 percent were verydissatisfied.30 percent were satisfied.40 percent were dissatisfied.

After refurbishment people were asked their opinion about museum.35 percent were very satisfied .40 percent were satisfied.The ratio with no response was same as before.15 percent were dissatisfied.while 5 percent were very dissatisfied.

In comparison to both ,the ratio of satisfaction remained high overall.The ratio of dissatisfaction has been decreased.On the other hand the ratio of people with no response remained sane before and after refurbishment.People seemed to be satisfied with museum after refurbishment.The number of visitors has been increased afer refurbishment.
