The table below shows the numbers of visitors to Ashdown Museum during the year before and the year after it was refurbished. The charts show the result of surveys asking visitors how satisfied they were with their visit, during the same two periods.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

The given table shows the number of tourists visiting the Ashdown Museum before and after renovation and the pie charts illustrate the vistor's satisfaction. Overall, both; the influx and the satisfaction of tourists increased after the refurbishments.

In the year, earlier to enhacement of the museum 74,000 people visitied the meuseum and after the renovation, the figure jumped to 92,000. Moreover, same type of trend can bee seen about the satisfaction of visitors.

In the year bofore the refurbishment, only one fourth the the attendes were satisfied. Around one third of them were very disappointed and 40 percent of them were dissatisfied. On the other hand, the scenerio changed dramatically after the redesigning of the meseum. One third of the participants of the suvery were very satisfied with their visit, and 40 percent of them were content about the meuseum. Additionally, the share of dissatisfied subjectes of the surverys was just 15 percent, with only 5 percent were very dissatisfied. In both the surveys, merely 5 percent of the visitors opted not to respond.

In summary, the refurbishment of the meuseum gave boost to number of visitors and also to their satisfaction.
