The table below shows the numbers of visitors to Ashdown Museum during the year before and the year after it was refurbished. The charts show the result of surveys asking visitors how satisfied they were with their visit, during the same two periods.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

The table below represents the number of visitors to ashdown museum during the year before and the year after it was refurbished. The two pie charts illustrate the result of surveys asking visitors how satisfied they were with their visit, during the same two periods.

Overall, in table it is clear that total number of visitors during the year after refurbishment is higher than the before refurbishment.while in two pie charts higher number of people are dissatified before refurbishment and the largest number of individuals are satisfied after refurbishment in the survey of visitors satisfaction.

In table, the total number of visitors during the year after refurbishment is 92000 which is increased than the before refurbishment which are 74000.

in pie chart year before refurbishment 40% accounted for dissatisfied ,followed by very satisfied at 30%. meanwhile very satisfied made up of 15%, vey dissatisfied 10% which is twice as much as than no response at 5%.

In contrast , in pie chart year after refurbishment 40% accounted for satisfied after that very satisfied at 35%. Morever dissatisfied representsthe 15%, no response and very dissatisfied both shows 5%,5%.
