IELTS Writing Task 1 question

The table below shows the numbers of visitors to Ashdown Museum during the year before and the year after it was refurbished. The charts show the result of surveys asking visitors how satisfied they were with their visit, during the same two periods.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.0)

The table illustrate the total number of visitor during the year before refurbishment was 74,000 and after the refurbishment was 92,000. the assesment of report shows the signeficant difference between the year before reburbishment and the year after the refurbishment.

first, i will start with the year before refurbishment that discribe that 15 % visitor were very satisfied and 30 % were just satisfied. before the refurbishment the dissatisfied visitor was 40% and very dissatisfied costomer was 10% and 5% costomer did not showed the reponse.

secondly, the year after the refurbishment indicate the improvement as 35% visitors were very satisfied and about 40% visitors was satisfied. 15% costomers were dissatisfied and 5% were dissatisfied and 5% costomer did not showed the response.

in conclusion, we can see the significant difference in the costomer respone as after the refurbishment as the extremely satisfied costomers increases. and dissatisfied costomer reduced 25%. so we can say that it shows significant changes.
