The table below shows the numbers of visitors to Ashdown Museum during the year before and the year after it was refurbished. The charts show the result of surveys asking visitors how satisfied they were with their visit, during the same two periods.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Overall, it is clear that both the total number of visitors and overall customer satisfaction increased significantly after the museum was renovated. The proportion of dissatisfied visitors saw a notable drop during the same period.
According to the table, the total number of visitors rose from 74,000 in the year prior to the refurbishment to 92,000 in the year following the changes.
Regarding visitor feedback, satisfaction levels improved substantially after the redevelopment. Before the refurbishment, only 15% of visitors reported being "very satisfied," while 30% were "satisfied." After the renovation, the former figure more than doubled to 35%, and the proportion of satisfied visitors rose to 40%, making up a combined 75% positive feedback rating.
