IELTS Writing Task 1 question
The table below shows the numbers of visitors to Ashdown Museum during the year before and the year after it was refurbished. The charts show the result of surveys asking visitors how satisfied they were with their visit, during the same two periods.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.0)
The Ashdown Museum has significant growth after refurbishment. the given data shows the impact of of refurbishment on the museum.
The year before refurbishmnet, 40% of the tourist are unsatisfied. and 10% of tourist may be dont come to the museum again due to poor management and facilties only 40% of people are satisfied. and 5 % of visitors have no comments about it may be they dont know about the facilties of other museums
but after the refurbishment we can see that 40% of tourists are satisfied and 15% of tourists have amazin comments about the Museum and are very satisfied with that. and only 20% are unsatified. That is much better than the previous year. And we can improve it by giving more facilties adn good managment.
Refurbishment increase the number of visitors by approximate 25%. as the previuos year seventy four thousand people visits the meusum but in this year ninety two thousand people visits the Ashdown Museum.
