The table below shows the numbers of visitors to Ashdown Museum during the year before and the year after it was refurbished. The charts show the result of surveys asking visitors how satisfied they were with their visit, during the same two periods.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.5)
The table and chart shows the number of visitors to Ashdown Museum and result of surveys of visitor satisfaction during the year of before refurbishment and after.
Overall, the positive reviews were shown after the refurbishment year in surveys as well as in the number of visitors to Ashdown Museum whereas before refurbishment the result was not that pleasing in both.
The people to Ashdown museum were around 74,000 when they visited during the year before refurbishment while the number increased by 92,000 after the refurbishment year.
while, the year before refurbishment presents very satisfied at the percentage of 15, satisfied around 30%, dissatisfied almost at 40%, very dissatisfied was comparetively less by 10%. and at last no response was the lowest one on 5%. whereas the results after refurbishment changed by 35% in very satisfied, satisfied came upto 40%, dissatisfied decreased over 15%, very dissatified and no response became went by 5%.
