Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You cover both the visitor totals and the satisfaction results, and your overview identifies the main shifts: attendance rose from 74,000 to 92,000, while dissatisfaction fell and satisfaction increased. Several figures are accurately reported, including dissatisfied visitors declining from 40% to 15%, satisfied visitors rising from 30% to 40%, and no response remaining unchanged. However, some details are unclear or inaccurate: the very satisfied share rose from 15% to 35%, not simply to 35% after being described as “increased” without a clear comparison, and the final paragraph calls the 35% group “satisfied” rather than “very satisfied.” You also omit the after-refurbishment figure for very dissatisfied visitors (5%). Report the categories and comparisons precisely to make coverage more complete.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, an overview, and two paragraphs of supporting details. The overview usefully brings together the increase in attendance and the broad improvement in satisfaction. However, progression within the detail paragraphs is not always clear. For example, the final paragraph moves from very satisfied visitors to very dissatisfied visitors and then to non-response, while repeating information already mentioned. Some linking phrases, such as “before that” and “after that,” do not clearly identify the category or period being discussed. Group the figures consistently—for example, compare positive responses together, then negative responses—and use precise references such as “in the following year” to make the relationships easier to follow.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use relevant task vocabulary, including “refurbishment,” “visitors,” “satisfaction,” and “declined,” so the topic is generally understandable. However, the range and control are limited, with repeated use of “visitors,” “increased,” and “before/after,” and several inaccurate or misspelled forms: “dissatisified,” “hire,” and “visitef.” Some collocations are also unnatural, such as “the satisfaction ratio was 30%” and “didn't response.” Prefer standard chart language such as “the proportion of visitors who were satisfied” and “gave no response.” More precise category labels would also prevent confusion between “satisfied” and “very satisfied.” Check spelling and word forms carefully, as these errors sometimes make the intended meaning harder to read.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple statements and longer comparisons, including “There was highest number … before refurbishment … which … declined,” but control of sentence structure is uneven. Errors in agreement and verb forms appear in “the 74000 people has been visitef” and “the number of people has increased and reach upto 92000.” Articles are also missing in phrases such as “There was highest number,” and some clauses are joined in ways that make the relationships unclear. The final sentence, “The visitors who didn't response were remainedbsame,” contains several grammatical problems that obscure the point. Practise accurate past-tense reporting and build comparisons with a clear subject and verb, such as “The proportion of dissatisfied visitors fell from 40% to 15%.”
