Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You cover both the visitor totals and satisfaction results, and your overview correctly identifies the main pattern: attendance rose from 74,000 to 92,000, while satisfaction improved after refurbishment. The increase of 18,000 is also accurate. However, some details are unclear or incorrect: before refurbishment, 30% were satisfied and 40% dissatisfied, but the response later reverses these figures and says only 10% were satisfied. The positive-response total of 45% is correct, though the chart’s 5% with no response is omitted, as is the after-refurbishment no-response figure. The main features are relevant, but the survey data need more consistent and complete reporting, particularly in the first-period description.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

The response has a recognisable structure, moving from the figures to a concluding overview, and the final sentence effectively brings the two main trends together. However, the progression is not consistently clear. The opening list of percentages appears before the introduction, and the later paragraph repeats information about visitor numbers and satisfaction rather than developing the comparison in a clear sequence. Some links are awkward or unclear, such as “In response total 45% positive response” and “The pie chart show improvment of visitor ratio.” Organise the response into an introduction, an overview, and paragraphs comparing the visitor totals and survey results. Use linking phrases to show contrasts and changes without repeating the same points.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use relevant task vocabulary, including “refurbishment,” “visitors,” “satisfaction,” and “positive response,” and “increased significantly” communicates the overall trend. However, spelling errors and imprecise or unnatural phrases are noticeable, including “disatisfied,” “vistiors,” “thier,” and “visitor ratio.” Expressions such as “figure of rise visitors” and “in response total” make some information harder to understand. There is also repetition of “visitors” and “satisfaction” where more precise alternatives could help. Check spelling carefully and choose standard chart-reporting collocations, such as “the number of visitors rose” and “the proportion of satisfied visitors increased.”

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more developed sentences, and the meaning of the overall comparison is generally recoverable. However, errors in sentence structure, agreement, articles, and punctuation occur often enough to affect clarity. For example, “The table show” needs subject–verb agreement, while “The pie chart show improvment of visitor ratio” lacks an article and has an unclear grammatical structure. The sentence beginning “In the year museum recived 74000 vistiors” is also missing necessary grammatical elements. Punctuation is inconsistent, as in “According to the table.the total number.” Practise forming complete sentences with accurate subjects and verbs, and use commas and full stops to separate ideas clearly.
