Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You cover both the visitor totals and the satisfaction surveys, and the main comparisons are generally accurate: visitors rose from 74,000 to 92,000, while dissatisfaction fell and satisfaction increased. Your conclusion also identifies this overall change. However, some details are unclear or incomplete. For example, “the ratio of highly dissatisfied people are less than satisfied people” does not clearly report the 10% figure, and “5% people are ok with that” mislabels the no-response category. The overview would be stronger if it clearly stated the largest shifts: the satisfied share rose from 30% to 40%, very satisfied from 15% to 35%, and dissatisfied fell from 40% to 15%. Develop the comparisons precisely rather than relying on general statements.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, discussion of the two periods, and a conclusion. “Firstly” and “Secondly” help signal the sequence, and the reader can follow the broad before-and-after comparison. However, progression is sometimes mechanical, with repeated openings such as “the chart shows” and “on the other hand,” including where no contrast is needed. Some references are difficult to follow, particularly “the people are more than after refurbishment they are 92000,” which obscures the comparison. Group the key figures into clear paragraphs and use linking phrases to show actual relationships, such as “By contrast” for the change in dissatisfaction. A concise overview before the detailed figures would also make the organisation more effective.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some relevant task vocabulary, including “refurbishment,” “satisfaction level,” “dissatisfied,” and “increased,” so the topic is usually identifiable. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations make the meaning awkward: “strength of people” does not describe visitor numbers, “viators” is an inaccurate form, and “people are ok with that” is too informal and unclear for a survey category. Spelling errors such as “ashdwon,” “graeter,” and “conclud” also reduce accuracy. Use the chart’s category labels consistently and choose precise reporting language, for example “the proportion of visitors who were dissatisfied.” This would make the comparisons clearer and more appropriately academic.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and longer sentence forms, and the reader can usually understand the main message. However, control is uneven, especially in longer sentences. For example, “In this paragraph shows the viators…” lacks a clear subject, while “the people are more than after refurbishment they are 92000” joins ideas without a clear grammatical relationship. There are also errors in agreement and sentence construction, as in “the ratio of highly dissatisfied people are less,” and missing or misplaced punctuation makes some sentences run together. Practise building complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, and separate comparisons with full stops or suitable conjunctions. More accurate control of these patterns would make your ideas easier to follow.
