Student answer (Band 5.0)
In this worlds, there is alot of suggestions about the research projects. Their is many companies who's doing fund raising in the world for upcoming medical projects.
Therefore, many countries have not much resources to run their medical research projectst and expensive projects at the same time. But some countries had admire to put special budget for their research quotas. For example in pakistan their is mostly medical and research projects handle by goverment insittude and some goverment universities. It admire the basic needs for the projects to held by specific goverment fund and privte raising companies.
Additionally, due to limited excess of funding their is alot prive companies they are investing in research and medical projects . Because they are raising by private compies they have their own margins. From my perspective both are doing thier best for raising those research and medical companies due to have limited access and funds . In future their is alot of chances to have positive grow in medical companies and goverment should support them . For example , in the midde of europe they have alot benefits they provide much platforms to support those companies. Therefore, they have more projects and research companies which is run by goverment so frequently.
In my opinion, those have doing the same thing for the achiement and early progress in the medical research field. But its really nesesssory to make some earliest plan for future research and medical companies . And provide them clear platform from the goverment.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You address the central issue by discussing both government and private funding, and your view that both can contribute is visible in phrases such as “both are doing their best.” The Pakistan example also gives the response a relevant point of reference. However, the task asks you to decide who should carry out or fund research, and your position remains unclear: you do not explain whether one source should lead or how responsibilities should be divided. Several points, including limited resources and the benefits in Europe, are mentioned but not explained or supported in enough detail. State your preference clearly in the introduction, then develop it with specific reasons and examples that directly answer the question.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has paragraphs and uses linking expressions such as “Therefore,” “Additionally,” and “For example,” so there is an attempt to organise and connect ideas. However, the overall progression is difficult to follow: the discussion moves from government funding in Pakistan to private investment, then to Europe, without clearly showing how each point supports your position. Some links are repetitive or do not express the relationship between ideas precisely, and references such as “those” and “they” are not always clear. Improve the progression by giving each paragraph one main purpose—for example, government’s role, private companies’ contribution, and your final recommendation—and use clear topic sentences and references.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “medical research,” “funding,” “limited access,” and “research quotas.” However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations make the meaning difficult to understand, such as “admire to put special budget,” “limited excess of funding,” and “positive grow.” Spelling errors, including “goverment,” “privte,” and “achieement,” also occur often enough to distract the reader. Build a more accurate set of topic phrases and check spelling carefully. Prefer direct expressions such as “allocate a budget,” “limited funding,” and “make progress,” and use them consistently rather than attempting phrases whose meaning is unclear.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You use some simple sentences and attempt longer structures with “because” and “which,” but the range is limited and complex sentences are often faulty. Errors in agreement and verb forms appear in examples such as “Their is many companies” and “companies they are investing”; sentence construction is also unclear in “It admire the basic needs for the projects to held.” Articles, plurals, and punctuation are inconsistent, which sometimes makes the reader work to understand the intended meaning. Practise building accurate basic sentences first, then add subordinate clauses. For example, write “Many companies fund medical research” and “The government should provide a clear framework” before combining ideas with “because” or “although.”
