Yes nowadays, many medical research projects are funded by private companies instead of government, medical reserarch is funded by private then it becomes fast process. For example any kind of research like medicine, During the coivd time people not get the paracetamol in canada and that the only medicine works then India government help and send millions of medicine to canada, After so many reserarch canada got some slat medicine for lilies , project and research needs funded to find the way or material plus workers so if both can funded and private and government togather so peocess should be fast,
further more canada has strong conneation with India prime minister and with USA , is every one contribute for country future so that people can get easliy get medicine and treatment, in 2026 canada has shortage of medical people and they want to invest money in health , one of my family member has many health issue and he was not getting MRI test date due to waiting time is long, how people can survive, if both can funded so that be possible to improve the health concerns

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 4.0
The response fails to meet the minimum word count requirement of 250 words, which significantly impacts the development of ideas. While you attempt to address the prompt by suggesting a combination of private and government funding, the arguments are underdeveloped and lack logical depth. The examples provided, such as the mention of paracetamol in Canada and India, are fragmented and do not clearly support your position. To improve, you must expand on your reasoning with coherent explanations and ensure you meet the length requirement to allow for a full exploration of the topic.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 4.0
The essay lacks a clear structure. The paragraphs are poorly defined, and the progression of ideas is disjointed. You use very few cohesive devices, and those that are present (e.g., 'further more') are used incorrectly or do not effectively link sentences. The lack of logical flow makes it difficult for the reader to follow your argument. To improve, focus on using clear topic sentences for each paragraph and employing a wider range of linking words such as 'consequently,' 'furthermore,' or 'in contrast' to connect your ideas logically.
Lexical Resource — Band 4.5
Your vocabulary is quite limited and repetitive, which restricts your ability to express complex ideas. There are frequent errors in word choice and spelling, such as 'reserarch,' 'togather,' and 'conneation.' You rely on basic vocabulary, which prevents you from demonstrating the range required for higher bands. To improve, try to learn and incorporate topic-specific vocabulary related to healthcare and economics, and pay closer attention to the spelling of common academic words.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.0
The essay contains frequent grammatical errors that often impede communication. There are significant issues with sentence structure, including run-on sentences and comma splices (e.g., '...send millions of medicine to canada, After so many reserarch...'). Subject-verb agreement and article usage are also inconsistent. The range of structures is very limited, consisting mostly of simple sentences. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction, ensuring each sentence has a clear subject and verb, and practicing the correct use of punctuation to separate independent clauses.
