Student answer (Band 5.5)
In the present era, numerous medical research assignments are endowed by private sectors. From my perspective, the research should by carried by government. Ahead of my opinion both views will be discussed further.
Examining the former opinion, the primary argument would put forward is the research projects are conducted by private companies .This is because they are more keen on search by helping general public due to their dedication to work and strict supervision by the instructor. In addition it is also believed that work done by private sectors is more reliable than authentic due to the lower risk of error due to approach to advanced apps.
On the contrary, in my opinion the research work should by conducted by government owing to the fact that it is the responsibility of them to facilitate the country by providing latest researches related to the well being of individuals particularly health. For instance, research related to hepatitis B prevention introduced by government is has been considered more genuine and resulted in impactful precautionary measures followed by general public.
As government has access to more advanced equipment including software and treatment tools with enhanced relativity and sensitivity endowered by international sectors. They can easily assess and diagnose a particular disease for instance cancer by these machinery and can introduce their research according to given data. .
To conclude, and offer my position, these are convincing arguments both for and against research by private sectors or government .However, i certainly favor the latter opinion.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses the prompt by discussing both private and government funding, ultimately taking a clear position. However, the development of ideas is somewhat superficial. For instance, the argument that private companies are 'more keen on search' is vague and lacks a clear explanation of why this might be the case. The supporting example regarding Hepatitis B is relevant but lacks specific detail to fully illustrate the point. To reach a higher band, you should expand on your reasoning with more depth and provide more concrete, well-explained examples that directly support your claims about why government funding is superior for public health.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, and there is a clear attempt to use cohesive devices such as 'In addition', 'On the contrary', and 'To conclude'. However, the flow between sentences is sometimes mechanical, and the referencing is occasionally unclear, such as in the phrase 'Ahead of my opinion both views will be discussed further', which is an awkward way to introduce the essay structure. The transition between the discussion of private companies and the government's role could be smoother. Improving the variety and naturalness of your linking words will help the essay read more fluently.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
You have a sufficient range of vocabulary to convey your meaning, but there are several instances of imprecise word choice and awkward collocations. For example, 'endowed by private sectors' is not the standard way to describe funding; 'funded by the private sector' would be more accurate. Similarly, 'enhanced relativity and sensitivity' is used in a way that does not clearly communicate the intended meaning. There are also some repetitive uses of basic vocabulary. To improve, focus on learning collocations related to research and finance, and try to use more precise terminology to express your ideas.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede the reader's understanding. Examples include 'the research should by carried by government' (should be 'be carried out'), 'the primary argument would put forward is' (missing 'that'), and 'research related to hepatitis B prevention introduced by government is has been considered' (double verb). Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with spacing around periods. While the meaning is generally clear, the high frequency of errors in basic sentence construction and verb forms prevents a higher score.
