Student answer (Band 5.0)
Some people think that the government project is more progressive then private. And other think that the private institude take care of employ well being. However, the projects os the government is more useful and creative.
Moreover, medical feild need a lot of buget and the buget is not a issue for governmet. either it is for machinary or any other work. government hire the best team for the project, people with high education and with a lot of experince in the feild. My uncle is a doctor and government employ. He tell me about the project of free vacination camp which is free for public. Private organization is paid not free if this project is private it charge high compansation from public.
Although, it has been noted that the salary of government employs is more then a private sector. if a employs are happy they give their best and productivity is increased. The medical feild need labour 100 percent. The mangement of government project is far better the private. In my country in hospitals it is difficult to get operation date but most of the people chose government because of experience doctors and better machinary.
In conclusion, In my perception, private have a good infrastructure and atmosphere is also good but a lack of machinary and they make a huge bills at the end. but in government department you have experience staff, advance machinay, good medicene and good thing is that all this is free for public.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses the prompt by expressing a preference for government-funded research, but the development of ideas is limited and repetitive. The arguments regarding budget and staff quality are somewhat simplistic and lack depth. Furthermore, the response falls just short of the 250-word minimum requirement, which negatively impacts the overall task achievement. To improve, you should provide more nuanced examples and ensure that your arguments are fully expanded to meet the length requirement and demonstrate a more sophisticated understanding of the topic.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is organized into paragraphs, but the flow between ideas is often mechanical and sometimes confusing. While some cohesive devices like 'Moreover' and 'In conclusion' are used, they are often placed awkwardly or do not effectively link the sentences. The progression of ideas is disjointed, particularly in the second and third paragraphs, where the transition between the uncle's anecdote and the general argument about salary is abrupt. Improving the use of linking words and ensuring each paragraph has a clear, singular focus would significantly enhance the coherence of your writing.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary range is quite limited and repetitive, relying on basic terms like 'good', 'better', and 'work'. There are frequent errors in word choice and spelling, such as 'institude' instead of 'institution', 'buget' instead of 'budget', and 'machinary' instead of 'machinery'. These errors occasionally make it difficult for the reader to follow your meaning. To reach a higher band, you should aim to use more precise academic vocabulary and pay closer attention to spelling and collocations, such as 'financial resources' instead of 'budget is not a issue'.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay relies heavily on simple sentence structures, and there are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text. Common issues include subject-verb agreement ('government employ' instead of 'government employee'), incorrect verb tenses ('He tell me' instead of 'He told me'), and missing articles. Complex sentence structures are attempted but are often faulty, which can impede communication. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction, particularly subject-verb agreement and the correct use of articles, before attempting more complex grammatical forms.
