IELTS Writing Task 2 question

Nowadays, many medical research projects are funded by private companies. In your opinion, do you think that research should be carried by private companies, individuals or government?

Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Student answer (Band 5.0)

in recent times donations for medical researches are usually comes from non- governmental sectors instead of all the sectors.

from my perspective it should be funded by all the means government , private and peoples.

in next paragraphs I will explain my answer.

Well , for any country it could better to say world instead of countries medical is a very vast field as well as for making this field more better researches plays vital role. in addition , this is an expensive sector because all the chemicals , equipment's and machines are in almost millions to setup a research center. Moreover , a significant duration is also crucial to fulfil the result of any research. So, this all need funds which numerous bodies provide but in modern time it is mostly provided by private companies despite of the fact that government have budgets for research.

Modern researches required latest equipment but in my home country as well as in many Asian countries due to the lack of money researches are worthless. it is the responsibility of states and rich person who can afford to facilitate along with public region. for example in COVID 19 most of the state did not took part for preparing vaccination due to poor facilitation regarding research. if research centers would worthy we can get rid of this pandemic early.

in conclusion, every sector should took part in these projects to make world more happier and healthier and make it more friendly and peaceful for all the species on Earth.
