In the latest generation, there are large number of medical founders projects are funded by private limited companies. In my opinion, i think that, these reserch should be taken by the authorities and also carried by private companies but authorities should have the main responsiblity. There are several reasons and outcomes of this situation which will be elucidate in further paragrph.

Nowadays, medical treatment become very expensive and also advantagble. If goverments shold taken this responsiblity which is very beneficial for thr reserchers. Goverment provides large amount of funding for medical reserchers because they have major budgets and public funds. For example, authority spent money on medical reserches such as vaccanice, medicines, advanced technologies and many more, which was really expensive. As a result, goverment can funding and spend money on it so life expanse of the human being has been increase.

Furthermore, the private companies also sopport for the reserchers but they cannot focusing on all disease because of their expense and all people cannot affort that. For example, private companies which only finding a vaccine of the cancer and it such a expensive so that they can give vaccine to the public at high cost which is not affordable for all people. Consequancly, if this process is done by the goverment they can provide to the people at low cost and poor people also afford that.

In conclusion, according to my opinion , this situation taken by ministry due to their expanse. In addition, goverment also provide healthcare to the people whithin the research.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0

The response addresses all parts of the task by discussing whether private companies, individuals, or the government should fund medical research. The student takes a clear position, stating that while private companies can contribute, the government should bear the main responsibility to ensure affordability for the public. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited and repetitive. For example, the argument regarding government funding leading to increased life expectancy is introduced briefly without deep exploration. Similarly, the point about private companies focusing on expensive treatments like cancer vaccines is stated, but the support lacks detailed elaboration. While the prompt is adequately addressed to meet the basic requirements of the task, the support remains underdeveloped, placing this response firmly in Band 5.0.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0

The text demonstrates some organizational structure with distinct paragraph breaks, including an introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion. However, there is a lack of clear overall progression and logical flow. Cohesive devices are sometimes inaccurate or awkward, as seen in phrases like 'which will be elucidate in further paragrph' and 'Consequancly'. Referencing is occasionally unclear, such as in the conclusion where 'this situation taken by ministry' lacks a precise antecedent. Additionally, the second body paragraph begins abruptly and lacks smooth transitional links to the preceding text. These formatting and cohesion issues restrict the response to a Band 5.0 level.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

The vocabulary used is relatively basic and repetitive, with frequent spelling and word-choice errors that occasionally hinder clarity. Examples of misspellings and inaccurate forms include 'founders' instead of 'foundations', 'reserch' instead of 'research', 'advantagble', 'vaccanice', 'expanse' instead of 'expense' or 'expectancy', and 'Consequancly'. While the student attempts some less common topic-related vocabulary like 'healthcare' and 'technologies', noticeable errors in spelling and word formation cause some difficulty for the reader. The range is minimally adequate for the task, aligning with the descriptors for Band 5.0.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

The essay displays a very limited range of grammatical structures, and attempts at complex sentences are frequently faulty. There are multiple grammatical errors throughout the text, such as tense inconsistencies and subject-verb agreement issues, including 'medical research projects are funded', 'medical treatment become very expensive', 'If goverments shold taken this responsiblity', and 'goverment can funding and spend money on it'. Punctuation is also problematic, notably with comma splices and lowercase capitalisation ('i think'). Frequent errors cause strain and difficulty for the reader, which corresponds to the Band 5.0 descriptors.
