In contemprary society, the private institutions a lot of medicine researcs assignments are funded.gowerment has not research on medical because the poeple ratio increesing day by day that why private sectors play a role in medical field. But i strongly blieve with this veiw points that gowernment's shouid be research on medicine.
there are several reasons that private sectors should not be on medical thesis.First of all reason is that under the pressure of share holders
becuse whenever ,private company start the research on medicine one of things it seen the profit.soecond reason is lack of resourses other than gowerment.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 4.5
The response attempts to address the prompt regarding who should fund and carry out medical research, expressing a clear position that governments should handle it rather than private companies or individuals. However, the task achievement is heavily compromised by the length requirement not being met, as the response falls short of the 250-word minimum at 246 words. Furthermore, ideas are repetitive, limited, and under-developed, relying on weak reasoning and simplistic examples such as the COVID-19 vaccine distribution and a vague mention of an experiment failing on a human. The arguments lack depth, and the conclusion contradicts itself slightly by suggesting both the government and people should do research. Overall, the response warrants a band 4.5 based on partial task completion and underdeveloped ideas.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 4.0
The text shows some organization with basic paragraph breaks, but there is no clear overall progression of ideas, and referencing is frequently faulty or confusing. Cohesive devices are minimal, mechanical, or misused, such as 'First of all reason is that' and 'After several reasons'. Transitions between paragraphs are abrupt, and sentences within paragraphs often lack smooth logical connection. The misuse of transitional phrases like 'For example;' and punctuation errors also disrupt the flow of reading, making it difficult for the reader to follow the train of thought. This level of organization aligns with band 4.0 descriptors.
Lexical Resource — Band 4.0
The vocabulary used is very basic and repetitive, frequently impeded by severe spelling errors such as 'contemprary', 'researcs', 'gowerment', 'increesing', 'blieve', 'share holders', 'soecond', 'resourses', 'veccine', 'indiviuals', 'madical', and 'reaserch'. There is virtually no successful use of less common lexical items, and word choices are often inappropriate or unnatural, such as 'doing research direcot on human because of he died'. The lexical range is limited and frequently strains the reader's understanding, fitting the criteria for a band 4.0.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.0
Grammatical control is very weak, featuring a severely limited range of sentence structures. Almost every sentence contains major errors in syntax, tense, subject-verb agreement, and preposition usage, such as 'medicine researcs assignments are funded', 'gowerment has not research on medical', and 'gowernment's shouid be research'. Complex sentences are attempted but are consistently faulty and obscure the intended meaning. Frequent errors cause significant strain and difficulty for the reader throughout the text. This performance corresponds to a band 4.0.
