IELTS Writing Task 2 question

Nowadays, many medical research projects are funded by private companies. In your opinion, do you think that research should be carried by private companies, individuals or government?

Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Student answer (Band 4.5)

Today, in the field of biology research projects are founded by some government center while, some form private institutes. Some people founded by own companies however, some request for found from goverment.

Scientist have work on many research article or thesis on the race of medical. some work on zoology field while, other on botany. Everyone choose field by their own interest. Every reseacher work according their requirments. Research is a long process, lose lot of money on their thesis. Some reseacher have fund for their reseach but, other have no big ammount of money for projects. Scientist take over projects some groverment or private institutes. Because nowday private hospital or reseach center make medicine according thesis aprovel so, they a reseacher.

These companies suponser these project for their own use. Give fund for research and get formulas for medicine or some other fields. Companies use thir formula for different purpose some get benefits and few gain drawbacks. For instance, in China Some institutes working on rats research. And they become cause of spreading of covid 19 in whole word. Some projects are funded by goverments institutes such as universities and hospitals. Professors prove their reseach fund form govement and work on it . Many are working already in the cabinat. Goverment have better rule and regulation than private institutes. For example my class professor do reseach in government university and they inspired by government rule and regulations.

I would argued that, Government universities have better research equipments and people and take actionon time or according situations. Goverment know legal action and professors work in differnt laws of research counsol.

To sum up, reseach would use only for help of mankind not for hurt or not any cause of spreding virses and diseases.
