IELTS Writing Task 2 question

Nowadays, many medical research projects are funded by private companies. In your opinion, do you think that research should be carried by private companies, individuals or government?

Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Student answer (Band 4.0)

In current time, a lot of medical research projects is suppourted by privatised sectors. The researches is carried by goverment, because all classes of people have equal right of medical sevices. Private sectors have alot of funds but his sole motive is to earn profit. All of his medical products has different prices that cannot be afforded by lower class people. private companies has a lot of funds but they have always requried Noc and permission from goverment. They cannot do any invention without the permission of goverment

Goverment have lot potenial to do research on medical and they cannot needs any permission. The project which is done by the goverment is available for all people of socitey. The goverment motive is to serve the peoples, they have different scheems and subsides which cannot be given by private companies. The goverment sectors can do this reserch but they have lack of suppourt from higher officials, they have lot of talent and potenial.

Any type of reserch by individuals cannot be trusted by peoples, because they have not enough resources. In pervious times, some benificial medical reserch are done by individuals.
