The significance of medical research project has increasing day by day due to several reasons. These medical projects are commonly funded by the private companies, it is believed that it should be raised by government and local people. I believe that i must my funded by the government only due to many aspects. I will discuss main reasons of this statement in the upcoming paragraphs.
First and the foremost reason is that private companies have to invest money on various thinks such as salaries, refurbishment, electricity bills and so on due to following these reasons it should be supported by the government because medical research projects works for whole community so it is a responsibility of a higher authority that they should give a hand to support it. For example in India medical projects supported by government in which private companies can increase their profits and its directly increase economy of a city .
Apart from this government can also provide some loans to the companies so then it can be handled financially well in every aspect of the project. Providing a good interest rate loans can be a beneficial way to support these medical projects. For instance nowadays in many regions governments banks are providing loans that are useful to invest an expensive project in a research that increases the quality and efficiency also .
In conclusion, although private companies can support the medical projects but it should be a government’s responsibility also for making these effectively. These measures can increase the work productivity in medical fields that is quite essential.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
The response addresses the prompt by expressing a clear position that the government should fund medical research projects. However, the ideas remain limited and under-developed throughout the essay. For instance, the argument regarding private companies having to invest money in salaries and bills is abrupt and lacks sufficient explanation or a robust connection to why government intervention is exclusively necessary. The example provided about India is overly general and slightly confusing regarding how private profits directly increase the economy of a city. While a position is presented, it is not fully realised or supported with well-developed extensions of ideas, placing this aspect of the writing firmly within the lower-intermediate range.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
There is a basic logical organisation to the response, with a clear introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion, which shows some structural awareness. However, the overall progression is somewhat mechanical and repetitive. Cohesive devices are used, but they are often inadequate or slightly awkward, such as 'First and the foremost reason is that' and 'Apart from this'. Paragraphing is attempted, but the internal flow of ideas within paragraphs feels disjointed due to run-on sentences and weak referencing, such as 'due to following these reasons it should be supported', which disrupts the logical transition between causes and effects.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The vocabulary used is limited and minimally adequate for discussing the topic. The student attempts some less common terms like 'refurbishment', 'productivity', and 'financially', but these are accompanied by noticeable errors in word choice, form, and collocation. Examples include writing 'project has increasing' instead of 'increasingly', using 'thinks' instead of 'things', and phrasing like 'invest an expensive project in a research'. These lexical inaccuracies and occasional awkward word forms occasionally cause strain or require the reader to slow down to grasp the intended meaning.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The text displays a very limited range of structures, with frequent grammatical errors that can cause difficulty for the reader. There are persistent issues with verb forms, tense consistency, and subject-verb agreement, such as 'it must my funded by' and 'medical research projects works'. Additionally, article usage is frequently omitted or incorrect, as seen in 'in a research'. Attempts at complex sentences tend to be faulty, often resulting in long, run-on sentences with poor punctuation control that obscure the precise relationships between clauses.
