Studies on different topics of science is really very important for enhancement of human life. I believe that research should be carried by anyone weather it is a private company, governments or individuals as it is very essential for human life.

A few years back, many people think that research should only be done by government entities only which was really very trending and the challenging part to the society. But nowadays, it is done by anyone by private companies or government company. Research and development involves a good liquidity, which was easily arranged by government previously but in todays world some large companies can also helps in it. A few years back a research was conducted which reveals that scientist prefer to work in the private company to conduct research because there is more transparancy for works. Overall, all the experiments are done for mankind so it should be done by any one without any hasitation.

Moveover, there a strong reason to believe that there are lots of problem to be solve to protect human life. Furthermore, there are several diseases like cancer, HIV and many more disorders which need to be address as quickly as possible, and private companies are trying to address these kind of health related issues which can help to eradicate this diseases. In short, companies are working very hard to solve may health related issue which are live harming for human life.

In conclusion, sometimes it is really very hard to arrange a good amount for research for governments and private companies can help to address it and that is the reason companies gets tax rebate in many countries for conducting research and developments.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You give a clear general view that research may be conducted by governments, companies, or individuals, and you support the importance of medical research with examples such as cancer and HIV. However, the task asks you to consider who should carry out research, and your position that “anyone” can do it is not fully explained or compared. The discussion focuses mainly on private companies and government funding, while the role of individuals receives little attention. The Oasis example is relevant, but its connection to your argument is not developed, and the claim about transparency is vague. To strengthen the response, explain the advantages and limitations of each option and state which should take the leading role, with specific supporting reasons.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs, and a conclusion. Paragraphs generally group related points, and signposts such as “Furthermore,” “For instance,” and “In conclusion” help readers follow the discussion. However, progression is uneven: the first body paragraph moves from past attitudes to funding, transparency, and a broad conclusion without clearly linking these points. Several transitions are repetitive or mechanical, and references such as “this diseases” and “these kind of health related issues” make connections less clear. The conclusion introduces tax rebates without developing that point earlier. Organise each paragraph around one main reason, use clearer links between claims and examples, and ensure the conclusion follows directly from the argument.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “research and development,” “liquidity,” “transparency,” and “eradicate,” which helps communicate the subject. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate or awkward, sometimes making the intended meaning less clear. Examples include “good liquidity” for research funding, “live harming” for life-threatening, and “remove any kind of tumor from our body.” Spelling errors such as “weather,” “transparancy,” “hasitation,” and “Moveover” are also noticeable. Aim for precise, natural combinations such as “secure sufficient funding,” “life-threatening conditions,” and “develop a treatment for tumours.” Proofreading spelling and choosing vocabulary that fits the context would make your ideas easier to understand.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and complex sentences, including clauses beginning with “because” and “which,” and the overall meaning is usually recoverable. However, the range is limited, and errors occur frequently in sentence structure, verb forms, agreement, and articles. For example, “Studies … is” has subject–verb disagreement; “many people think” shifts tense in a past-time context; and “companies can also helps” uses an incorrect verb form. Other examples include “there a strong reason” and “a research was conducted.” Some long sentences combine several ideas, making grammatical control harder to maintain. Practise checking each sentence for a clear subject and verb, consistent tense, and correct singular or plural forms, while using complex clauses only when you can control them accurately.
