Student answer (Band 5.0)
If i have options to choose then i would prefer work together to both of them , reason is that if private companies runs these resurches on their own without concern of government then they may done such activities which is not probably good for society and if they does not follow the cautions by government then people will be faced problem and even these companies too if this harsh type of activity when done. This problem is not easy for officials to handel then it will become such very national issue and that way if government officials allows them to work under their rules then officials need to generates more employees for watching them maybe some kind of organizations and the individuals need to approach all of these organizations to prove them or give their permission to launch this particular product in market , during all of these work its possible that the some officials work for individuals privately by giving importance to thier personal needs.
So reducing such kind of events the government needs to work with private companies as partners and release funds by officials government banks in the presence of public by that way government took also interest to find new researches on medicine for keep their nation safe and give their bit more importance to nature. By all of these activities they can get attention from their public and keep thier postions safe for the next comings Such social works which is promoted to medicines like many seraches on different insects , plants , animals , see cratures , all of these information made us to beat next coming diseases.
On the other hand if individuals wants to do some researches to improve this medic field then government should be supprt them by funded and morale support. There are somany things we should need to know if we keep consideing on the funds then we could not be able to find new ways. There are so many creatures under the sea and we need to study on them how can they survied and which things made them different and live twicely.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You give a discernible preference for cooperation between government and private companies, and you also mention that individuals should receive support. The points about public oversight, safety, and researching plants and sea creatures are relevant to medical research. However, the position is not consistently clear: the opening says you would choose to work together, but the response does not clearly compare the roles of all three options or explain why this arrangement is best. Several ideas remain under-developed, such as the risk of officials acting for personal interests and the value of studying marine life. Develop each main reason with a clear explanation or specific example, and state your preferred model directly in the introduction and conclusion.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
The response has paragraphs that broadly separate the discussion of government-company cooperation from individual researchers, and phrases such as “On the other hand” signal a shift. However, progression within paragraphs is difficult to follow because many different points are joined into very long sentences. For example, the first paragraph moves from company risks to government monitoring, public permission, and officials’ private interests without clear steps between them. Linking phrases such as “by that way” and “So reducing such kind of events” are also repetitive or unclear. Organise the essay around a small number of main points, give each point its own sentence or paragraph, and use clear references to show how each idea connects to the previous one.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “government,” “funds,” “diseases,” and “researches on medicine,” and you try to express ideas about regulation and public safety. However, the range is limited and several word choices or spellings make the meaning difficult to follow, such as “resurches,” “handel,” “twicely,” and “see cratures.” Some phrases are not natural in this context, including “release funds by officials government banks” and “give their bit more importance to nature.” Aim for accurate, familiar collocations before using more ambitious wording: for example, describe the government as “providing funding” and companies as “complying with safety regulations.” Proofreading spelling and choosing precise terms would make your ideas clearer.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt to express complex relationships using clauses with “if,” “then,” and “which,” but these structures are often faulty, and errors frequently make the reader work to understand the meaning. For instance, “if private companies runs” has a subject–verb agreement error, while “if they does not follow” also uses the wrong verb form. Long sentences such as the opening one contain several clauses without reliable punctuation, making the relationships between ideas unclear. There are also problems with articles, plurals, and sentence construction, as in “the individuals need to approach all of these organizations.” Practise building accurate short sentences first, then combine them with controlled subordinate clauses and check agreement and punctuation.
