Student answer (Band 5.0)
In a recent time, many medcical reasearch tasks are funded by private industries. In my point of view, the research should be carried by governements.
First reason why i agree with government because if the government will pay funds for the medical health stores then it will be very useful for local people.People can easily get all medicines and all instruments from the medical stores. It will be very helpful especially for poor peoples behind this reason the poor people can not afford medicine prices and if the government will give money to the medical health intiatives then poor people easily get free medicines from medical stores.
Secondly,in case government will give money to medical stores then it will be make fastest service. If government pay funds for making many medical stores then people can easily busy medicines from stores in a few times. After this project people will not to stand in lines for buying medicines. With the help of funds that giving by government the medical stores can be make national development. If this project will be applicable then it will be very beneficial for us becacuse for treatment of any disease there will be much more use of costly equipments that will be came from governments and these equipments is very good for people beacuse the use of good equipments is very beneficial for human health.people can stay away from every disease.
All things considered, although it is a common belief that many medical research projects are funded by private companies, my view is that people can get good medicines and stay away from a log lines that is use to get medicines in a medical stortes.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
You state a clear preference for government funding in the opening, and you give reasons connected to affordability and access to medicines. However, the response only partially addresses the question: it discusses government funding of medical stores and equipment rather than explaining who should carry out medical research or how research should be funded. The two main points are also under-developed; for example, the claim that government-funded stores would provide faster service is not clearly linked to research. The conclusion repeats the focus on medicines and queues instead of summarising a reasoned position on private companies, individuals, and government. To strengthen the response, address the research question directly and support each reason with a relevant example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs signalled by “First reason” and “Secondly,” and a concluding paragraph. These markers help readers identify the stages of your answer. However, progression within the paragraphs is often unclear, and several ideas are repeated, particularly the claims that people can obtain medicines easily and avoid queues. Connections such as “After this project” and “With the help of funds” do not make the relationship between the points precise. The conclusion also introduces a confusing reference to “a log lines.” Organise each paragraph around one clear reason, explain it in sequence, and use linking phrases only where they accurately show how ideas relate.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You use some vocabulary relevant to health and public services, including “medical research,” “medicines,” “equipments,” and “national development.” However, the range is limited and repetitive, with “medical stores,” “government,” and “people” appearing frequently. Several word choices or collocations make the meaning difficult to follow, such as “medical health stores,” “busy medicines,” and “stay away from every disease.” Spelling errors, including “medcical,” “reasearch,” and “becacuse,” also reduce accuracy. Build a more precise vocabulary for the actual topic of research, such as funding, clinical trials, treatments, and public health, and check spelling and natural word combinations during revision.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences with clauses, for example, “if the government will give money … then poor people easily get free medicines.” However, complex sentences are often faulty, and errors in verb forms, agreement, articles, and sentence construction frequently make the message difficult to follow. Examples include “it will be make fastest service,” “people will not to stand,” and “these equipments is.” Some sentences also run together without clear punctuation, as in the long sentence beginning “If this project will be applicable.” Practise forming accurate conditional sentences and checking subject–verb agreement and verb patterns. Shorter, correctly punctuated sentences would make your reasoning clearer while you develop more complex structures.
