Overall, The highest carbon dioxide emissions was United Kingdom and The lowest carbon dioxide emissions was Portugal.
Firstly, United Kingdom highest carbon dioxide in 1967 as well as it dramatically decresed in 1967 to 2007.Furthermore, Sweden significantly incresed carbon dioxide emissions in 1967 and 1977 However, it was dramatically go down in 1977 to 1987 and it was steadily decreased in 1997 between 2007. Italy increased carbon dioxide emissions per person in 1967 to 1977. Moreover, It was stable in 1987 to 2007.
Portugal was lowest carbon dioxode emissions per person compare to other three country. it was significantly rise carbon dioxide in 1967 and 1987. Although it was stable in 1997 to 2007. Italy and Portugal carbon dioxide stable in same year in 2007. every country carbon emission per person flactuated in every years.
