It is undeniable that migration has become a trend in this modern era. In this regards, some people think that travel or to do work is a only reason for learning foreign language while other think that there many other reasons to learn these foreign language. This essay will outline not only both views but also my opinion which is in favour of former point of veiw in forthcoming fragments with a logical conclusion.
To commence with, there are several advantages of the former statement . For example, in canada there are many job oppertunities for french language. Secondly, helps a person to make easy trips. To explain it, with these languages while on trips we can easily communicate with foreign peoples and one will have no struggle to to know about foreign countries and explore them well and without any help one can explore full country .
Nevertheless, despite of having several benefits of former view there are also some positive outcomes of later view. The prime one is that, Indulge in diverse culture. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
The response addresses both views and provides a clear opinion. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. While you mention job opportunities and travel, the explanations are brief and rely on general statements rather than fully extended arguments. The second body paragraph regarding cultural benefits is also somewhat underdeveloped, with examples like 'Christmas' feeling a bit simplistic. To reach a higher band, ensure that each point is supported by more detailed reasoning or specific, nuanced examples that demonstrate a deeper exploration of the topic. Your position is clear, but the supporting arguments need more depth to fully satisfy the requirements of the prompt.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The essay is organised into logical paragraphs, and there is a clear progression of ideas. You use some cohesive devices such as 'To commence with', 'Firstly', 'Secondly', and 'Nevertheless'. However, the use of these devices is sometimes mechanical or slightly unnatural, such as 'To write with' or 'In this regards'. Additionally, some transitions between sentences are abrupt, which affects the flow. To improve, focus on using a wider variety of linking words and ensure that the relationships between your sentences are more fluid and less reliant on repetitive, formulaic structures.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, but it is somewhat limited and repetitive. You use basic terms like 'good impact' and 'easy trips' which lack precision. There are also several spelling errors, such as 'oppertunities', 'experties', 'ellaborate', and 'abot', which occur frequently enough to be noticeable. To achieve a higher score, you should aim to incorporate more sophisticated vocabulary and collocations related to the topic of language learning and cultural exchange. Proofreading is essential to eliminate basic spelling errors that detract from the overall quality of your writing.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
You attempt a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but the accuracy is inconsistent. There are frequent errors in articles ('a only reason', 'the french language'), subject-verb agreement, and preposition usage ('despite of', 'in favour of former point of veiw'). While these errors do not completely impede communication, they occur throughout the text and require the reader to work harder to understand your meaning. To improve, focus on mastering basic grammatical rules, particularly article usage and prepositions, and ensure that your complex sentences are constructed with greater precision.
