IELTS Writing Task 2 question
Some people say that the only reason for learning a foreign language is in order to travel to or work in a foreign country. Others say that these are not the only reasons why someone should learn a foreign language.
Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.
Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
Student answer (Band 5.0)
In the essay we discussed the people say learning a foreign language is the only reason to travel or to a work in a foreign work. But some of the people says that its not the only reasons should learn a foreign language. Learning the foreign language is needed to travel and work in the foreign country.
On the one hand the people say that learn the foreign language is essential need for the people to travel the other side of this country. Mostly need to learn the foreign language because we communicate to the other people who lived in this country. Mostly need to talk on this language for working if we tell us better he gives us proper feedback of our question. So i think it important to learn the foreign language of the foreign country.
On the second hand if the people says that these are not only reasons to learn the foreign language.

The vocabulary is very limited and repetitive. The writer relies on basic, everyday language and struggles to use more precise or academic terminology.
