Student answer (Band 4.5)
Nowadays, numerous people have to learn foreing language due to the they can communicate with foreign people as well as easily understand that language. However, learing a foreign language has vast range of benefites. Therefore, learing a foreign language has not any territory . In my point of view, in the majority of cases people learn foreign language because of earing a money or travel.
To begin with, a significant people oftenly travel in foreign countries so for conducting easy communication learning a foreign language is must be thing. However, in the recent span numbers of studentes prefer to move abroad for futher studies. In addition to that moving in abroad they have to learn foreign language so they can live easily. Moreover, the second reason is also valid people who own large business and they have to shift their business in a foreign country so it must to learn a foreign language so they can dell with costomers.
On the other hand, numbers of people have a hobby to learn a new language they just learn various language for increaseing a mindset. Furthermore, people who have hobby to educate others also they can learn first a various foreing language then stared to educate other people. Consequently, they can earn money without moving in any foreign country. Lots of people learing foreign language for better communication like they have to try them self who can they improve themselves.
In my opinion, learning a foregin language have wide range of advantage like they can learn it to prove themselves at international stages. However, personally i believe those are the main resoans to learn a forgin language.
In conclusion, learning a forgin language is an international exposure due to that we can grub lots of knowledge about perticular tradition or culture as well as we can make ourselves stable as a financially. But main reasons are to travel to or work in a foreign country.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You discuss both views and give a personal opinion, so the response is relevant to the question. The first body paragraph gives reasons connected to travel, study, and business, while the next mentions hobbies, teaching, and personal development. However, the discussion is only partial: several points are listed rather than explained, and the examples do not clearly show why these are important reasons to learn a language. Your position is also inconsistent. You initially say people learn mainly to earn money or travel, but later refer to wider advantages and conclude that travel and work are the main reasons. State your view clearly and maintain it, then develop each side with a specific example and explanation. The response meets the stated length requirement; nine words copied from the task prompt were not counted.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
The response has an identifiable introduction, two body paragraphs presenting contrasting views, and a conclusion. Paragraphing therefore gives the reader a basic route through the discussion. However, progression within paragraphs is often unclear: the first body paragraph moves from travel to study and then business without showing how the points connect, and the second shifts from hobbies to teaching and communication. Linking expressions such as “Moreover,” “On the other hand,” and “Consequently” are used, but some do not express the relationship between the ideas accurately. Repeated references to “foreign language” also make the writing feel repetitive. To improve, organise each paragraph around one main claim, explain it in a logical sequence, and use pronouns or precise linking phrases to make connections clear.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “international stages,” “communication,” “tradition or culture,” and “financially,” and you try to express ideas about study, business, and personal development. However, the usable range is limited and many word choices, collocations, and spellings are inaccurate, sometimes making meaning difficult to follow. Examples include “a significant people,” “move in abroad,” “dell with costomers,” and “grub lots of knowledge.” The repeated use of “learn a foreign language” also limits variety. Build accuracy with common topic collocations before reaching for more ambitious expressions; for example, use “communicate with local people” or “gain a broader understanding of another culture.” Proofreading spelling and word forms would also make your ideas easier to understand.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including clauses introduced by “so,” “because,” and “who,” which shows an effort to vary sentence structure. However, complex sentences are often faulty, and frequent errors in agreement, articles, verb forms, and sentence construction can make the reader work to understand your meaning. For example, “learning a foreign language is must be thing” combines incompatible verb patterns, while “people who have hobby to educate others also they can learn” has an unclear clause structure. There are also errors such as “learning a foreign language have” and “they can earn money without moving” where the intended subject relationship is unclear. Practise building accurate short sentences first, then combine them using one clear subordinate clause at a time.
