Student answer (Band 5.0)

Nowaday, international languages is crucial for daily life conversation or communicate with foreign people, while people have different views. A number of individuals argue that the only reason for teaching an international language is in order to migrate to or job in a foreign state. While few think that these are not the only reasons why someone ought to learn a foreign language. As far as my concern, both are correct because humans learning a foreign language for migration and carrer oppertunity, also that understand foreign people conversation. For example, when we travel in international state, during this traveling we communicate different types of humans and if we known foreign language then we can understand effertless. In this eassy, I will discuss both these views and explain with own experiences.

In the first view, learning a foreign language for study perpose in abroad for good educational knowledge because better acadmic study is essential for carrier. Such as, if we best understand international language, so we can easily survive in international states. Moreover, foreign language is important for business starter in international states because if we start a business in international states then we best in foreign language for communication skills with other people. For instance, everyday company attend different meetings for business prospective, therefore foreign language is only way to understand daily business hardels.

In the second view, the foreign language is not only the above perposes their are many other advantages. If we communicate in daily life with international language then we enhance our spoken language that can communicate in international people because our language is fluent and all people easily understand our words. For example, foreign language improved own abality to performed ideas with international individuals.

In my opinion, Both views are best because foreign language help us to performed own views in internationl people.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You address both views and state an opinion: you mention migration and employment, then discuss education, business, and communication. However, the response only partially develops the task. The first view is not clearly explained as travel or work abroad; instead, you introduce studying overseas and starting a business, and the second view is supported mainly by the general claim that language improves communication. Your position, “both views are best,” is present but does not explain why you consider both valid or how the broader reasons compare. Examples such as business meetings are relevant, but their connection to the argument is unclear. Develop each view with a specific reason and example, and explain your own position more fully. The stated length requirement is met; nine words copied from the prompt were not counted.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

The response has an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two views, and a concluding opinion, so the reader can identify its basic structure. You also use signposts such as “In the first view,” “In the second view,” and “In my opinion.” However, progression within paragraphs is often unclear: the opening moves from international communication to migration and then to travel without establishing how these points relate. Connectors such as “Moreover,” “For instance,” and “therefore” are sometimes used mechanically or do not show a clear logical relationship. The conclusion repeats the opinion rather than drawing together the discussion. Organise each body paragraph around one main claim, then explain and illustrate it in a clear sequence, using references and linking phrases precisely.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “educational knowledge,” “business,” “communication skills,” and “advantages.” However, the range is limited and several inaccurate word choices or collocations make meaning difficult to follow. For example, “business hardels” is unclear, while “performed ideas with international individuals” does not express your intended meaning naturally. There are also frequent spelling and word-form problems, including “Nowaday,” “oppertunity,” “acadmic,” and “abality.” These errors sometimes make the reader work to understand your points. Build a reliable set of topic phrases and check spelling and collocation; for example, use “career opportunities,” “conduct business meetings,” and “express ideas clearly” in suitable contexts.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including clauses introduced by “because,” “if,” and “when.” However, control is inconsistent, and errors in sentence structure, agreement, verb forms, and articles occur frequently enough to make some sentences difficult to understand. For example, “international languages is crucial” has a subject–verb agreement problem, and “if we known foreign language” has an incorrect verb form and missing article. The sentence beginning “As far as my concern” is also structurally incomplete or unclear, while “their are many other advantages” misuses the subject form. Practise building accurate basic sentences first, then add subordinate clauses. Check agreement, verb forms, and articles systematically, and use punctuation to separate complete ideas.
