Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You recognise both views: learning languages for travel or work, and learning them for communication, personal development, and education. Your own position is present in “I am little bit disagree,” and the examples about studying English and translating the Quran are relevant. However, the discussion is only partly developed. The travel-and-work view is mostly listed rather than explained, while the other reasons are repeated without showing clearly how they benefit learners. Your opinion is also difficult to interpret: you say you disagree, but later describe travel and work as important reasons too. State your position precisely and develop each side with a specific explanation or example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
The response has an introduction, separate discussion paragraphs, and a conclusion, so the reader can identify its broad structure. You also use linking expressions such as “On the other hand,” “Moreover,” and “For example.” However, the progression within paragraphs is often unclear: ideas about personality, communication, employment, travel, and translation are placed together without a consistent sequence. The “OVERVIEW” repeats the prompt rather than guiding the discussion, and several connectors are used mechanically or do not show a clear relationship between ideas. Some references, such as “this are not the only reason,” are hard to follow. Organise one paragraph around each view, then use a final paragraph to state and support your own position.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “foreign language,” “communication,” “opportunities,” “translation,” and “further studies,” which helps convey the main subject. However, the range is limited by repeated wording such as “helps us” and “many languages,” and several choices are inaccurate or unnatural, including “built up their personality,” “boost their mind,” and “multiples of language.” Spelling errors such as “offical,” “bussiness,” and “becuase” also reduce accuracy. These issues sometimes make the intended meaning less clear, although the overall topic remains understandable. Aim for precise collocations and vary repeated expressions; for example, use “develop communication skills” rather than “boost the mind.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including a reason clause in “because there are many reasons” and examples introduced with “For instance.” However, sentence structures are limited, and errors occur frequently in verb forms, agreement, articles, and sentence construction. Examples include “Learning of foreign language built our personality,” “it also help us,” and “for get a good job.” These patterns make some sentences difficult to process. Punctuation and spacing are also inconsistent, particularly around commas and full stops. Practise building accurate sentences with a clear subject and verb, such as “Learning a foreign language develops confidence” and “It helps people communicate.” Then add subordinate clauses only when the basic sentence is secure.
