Some people claimed that the only reason for learning a foreign language is in order to travel to or do work in a foriegn country while on the other hands, some have a cross opinion that these are not the only reasons why anyone should learn foreign language.
Language is a most important think to communicate with the others. Many of the people have a beleif that it is necessary to learn the foreign language if you have to travel or to work in any other country. Because if you have a strong grip on language you can communicate well or have better understanding level with the locals. This technique helps you to expands your social and work life circle. Language is a source of medium.
Furthermore, Several people have a based and cognitive opinion that it's not much crucial to learn the any other native language. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0
You address both views: the first body paragraph explains how language helps people communicate with locals when travelling or working abroad, while the next argues that translation tools can reduce the need to learn a language for a short visit. However, the discussion is brief and the examples and reasoning are not developed enough to fully answer the task. Your own opinion appears only at the end—“communication without language is zero”—and is not clearly connected to the two views. The response also contains 231 words, so it is 19 words below the required minimum; 24 words copied from the prompt were not counted. Develop each view with a specific example and state your position more clearly throughout.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two views, and a concluding paragraph. Linking expressions such as “Furthermore,” “For example,” and “In addition to conclude” signal movement between points. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes unclear: “Language is a source of medium” does not explain or extend the preceding idea, and the conclusion introduces a personal view without showing how it follows from the discussion. Some transitions are mechanical or awkward, and the second body paragraph combines several claims without a clear hierarchy. Use topic sentences that state each paragraph’s main point, then connect each example directly to that point and use a more natural concluding transition.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “communicate,” “locals,” “verbal communication,” and “translation,” and you attempt more formal expressions such as “cognitive opinion.” However, the range is limited and several inaccurate or misspelled choices make meaning less clear, including “cross opinion,” “generious beliefs,” “vocation,” and “muct be benificial.” Some phrases are also unnatural, such as “strong grip on language” and “work life circle.” Aim for accurate, natural collocations rather than inserting formal-sounding words whose meaning does not fit. Proofread spelling and choose precise terms—for example, “holiday” rather than “vocation” in this context—and vary repeated uses of “language” with suitable references where clarity allows.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a contrast introduced by “while” and a conditional sentence beginning “if you are just going.” Nevertheless, errors occur frequently, and some sentences are difficult to follow. Examples include “Language is a most important think,” “it helps you to expands,” and “it's not much crucial to learn the any other native language”; these show problems with articles, verb forms, and sentence construction. The opening sentence is also overloaded, making its contrast hard to control. Practise building accurate subject–verb patterns and checking articles and infinitives: for instance, use “helps you expand” rather than “helps you to expands.” Shorter, well-controlled sentences will make your ideas clearer while you develop more complex structures.
