The chart of england british students in 2000 shows that 20% people were able to no other language, on the other hand in 2010 only 10% were able to speak no other language which is a big change with the passage of time.British students in 2000 shows that 15% british students were able to french only,on the other hand in 2010 only 10% were able to speak french only which is a minor change with the passage of time.
