The charts below show the proportions of British students at one university in England who were able to speak other languages in addition to English, in 2000 and 2010
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.0)
The charts illustrates the England's one university whose British students were able to speak different languages in addition to English over a peroid of ten years between 2000 and 2010.
Overall, the significant part of the both charts were occupied by no other language. Besides, another language followed the same trend in form of their speakers whose rose over the tenure. Spanish and French reflected sightly downfall in their percentages.
To begin with, the dramatically change in the percentage of no other language from 30% to 35% through out the period. At the same time, another language also increased from 15% in 2000 to 20% in 2010. The German only has no changed in their percentage over the decade.
Continued, Spanish declined from 20% in 2000 to 10% in 2010. French also followed the same trend figures of their percentage with dropped of 5% over the period. Respectively, Two other languages grew up from 10% to 15% in 2010.
