The charts below show the proportions of British students at one university in England who were able to speak other languages in addition to English, in 2000 and 2010
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.0)
The pie charts demonstrate the proportion of British students at one university in United kingdom who were able to speak other languages in addition to English in the given period from 2000 to 2010.
From an overall perspective, it can be observed from the charts that the tutees who able to speak No other language had the highest percentage while German had the least ratio in both years.
Looking towards the former picture, it was crystal clear from the pie chart that the high growth of pupil who were able to speak No other language had peak level of 30% in 2000. Furthermore, French only and Another language learners could spoke which was equally same at 15% in the year of 2000. Moreover, Spanish had a littel bit increased as compared to the German which was only 10% approximately.
Moving towards the later category, in 2010, the students who had the ability to speak No other language had a miner increased of 35% individually. In addition, Spanish, French and German had the same ratio of students who spoke three languages at a time was only 10% in 2010 while, Two other languages had minimal growth at 15%. By comparing, No other languages had wide range of spoke among students as compared to the others.
