Student answer (Band 5.0)
It is often aruge that there is a number of indiviuals believe the waste of homes is not enough recycled. Moreover, they also say that the altanetive way is goovernments to make it a legal requirement by riseing recycling waste.I completely agree with this view though it has so many benifical side.
There are number of resons that waste recycling should be a legal requirement.Everyday there are huge amount of waste create by human, all of those waste need to be accounted because it causes so many critical thing. For given an example, if any of those waste stay over a month those causes so many diesase and bacteria which directly impact our heath. So, from this view we need to mantain or place them and make them usefull to human fro this at first govermet need to legal this requirmet ad pass the lows that every one needed to make recycle more of their waste. With this lows it will be easy to control the waste which created by human. Without this lows people would not weare about that and they not going to follow but with legal lows every need to follow this rule.
However, for this some people claim that without passing low they can increase recycling by podcast or some other metods which are not inappropiate.People do not have any interest in recycling there waste utill they are not having a lows or restiction about that.
In conclusion, considering both side , i would like to say that to increasing recycling waste goverments need to make it a legal reqirement.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
Your position is clear in the opening and conclusion: you agree that governments should make recycling a legal requirement. You also give a relevant reason, explaining that unmanaged waste can cause disease and bacteria, and briefly acknowledge the alternative of using podcasts or other methods. However, the response addresses the issue only partially because the opposing view is mentioned but not explained or evaluated, and the main argument is under-developed. For example, you do not show how a law would make household recycling more effective, or support your claims with a specific example. Develop both the benefits and limitations of legal requirements, and explain why you consider laws more effective than education or incentives.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, a main paragraph, a paragraph beginning “However,” and a conclusion. This gives the reader some sense of organisation. However, progression between ideas is limited: the first body paragraph moves from the amount of waste to disease, then to government laws without clearly explaining each connection. Linking phrases such as “For given an example” and “With this lows” do not always make the relationships clear, and the opposing point is not developed before the conclusion repeats your position. Use topic sentences to establish each paragraph’s purpose, then connect each reason to its consequence with clear references and transitions.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “legal requirement,” “recycling,” “bacteria,” and “restriction.” However, the range is limited and several spelling and word-choice errors make parts difficult to understand, such as “aruge,” “altanetive,” “benifical,” and “weare about.” Some combinations are also unnatural, including “legal this requirmet” and “make them usefull to human.” These errors reduce precision and sometimes obscure your intended meaning. Build a reliable set of topic phrases and check spelling and collocations carefully. For instance, you could describe “household waste,” “enforce recycling regulations,” and “raise public awareness” rather than relying on repeated forms of “waste” and “legal.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You use some longer sentence forms, including a conditional example beginning “if any of those waste stay over a month,” and you attempt to connect reasons with clauses. However, the range is limited, and errors in sentence structure, agreement, articles, and verb forms are frequent enough to make several sentences difficult to follow. For example, “there are a number of individuals believe” lacks a grammatical link between the clauses, while “there are huge amount of waste create” has problems with agreement and verb form. The sentence beginning “Without this lows” also contains an unclear structure. Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then combine them using subordinate clauses; check subject–verb agreement and sentence boundaries during editing.
